The trees swayed in the slight breeze, moving with an unnatural ease as Lu walked. A back pack was slung over her shoulder, making her way back from school. It was filled with snacks, and some general short term supplies. Her father wouldn’t be home, and today Lu did not feel like sticking around an empty house when there was so much forest still to explore. It was a habit of hers, one that she knew wasn’t the brightest idea she could have but it gave her an odd sense of purpose. She didn’t care what people said was in the forests, after all who would be interesting in her. Not many people and then there was always the fact that no accidents had happened in La Push for a while. So where was the harm in taking a look around the place.
Deciding she had ventured far enough she stopped as she began to very clumsily climb a tree. She hardly got very far, though she sat on a sturdy branch. One strong enough to hold her weight, as the sounds of birds and day to day life played like a melody in her ears as she sighed. Peaceful she thought. Nothing could beat the outdoors, and especially when you could go explore wherever you pleased. The forest wasn’t that bad, as long as she stayed on her feet and didn’t find trouble. What could be better. She climbed higher into the tree, hoping to spy something from her new vantage point yet she saw precious little of anything. More tree’s more greenery and definitely nothing that would hold her attentions for a long time.
Her hands reached up further into the tree, winding herself around branches she climbed higher until she knew that she shouldn’t go much further. The branches were already bending with what little weight she had on them, and the fact was another trip to A&E wasn’t on her list for today. Least not intentionally, though given her knack for finding trouble it wasn’t something she could permanently cross of it either. She quickly became bored with climbing, perhaps not her greatest past time but one that had filled in some time for her none the less. She made the rather lengthy and clumsy decent from the tree managing to rip her top a little, something that a needle and thread would fix up later.
She walked a while until she found herself on a dirt track, one of many and even with all her time outside, she didnt know where everyone of them went. With the air of adventure eagerly nagging at her, she followed it. Walking slowly at times then quickening her pace as she darted around the trees that lined the edge of the track. She rather liked the forest, it was peaceful and relaxing. Far better than the homework she had to complete for school. Like always homework came last, exploring was first on her list for the rest of the day.

After staying at home for a couple of hours, Roxy soon grew bored. Looking out the window of her living window, she saw that the weather was okay. She quickly packed a pair of jeans, shoes, a shirt , and a jacket in her little backpack. Grabbing her iPod on the way out of the door, she jogged into the forest, her mind already working in the wolf sense.
Stopping a couple feet inside of the forest she quickly shrugged off her clothes and put them in the bag. Then, thinking of nothing but becoming a wolf, she morphed in a matter of seconds. The coat that was now gleaming like the colors of a foxes coat, instead of the winter white, was free of any and all forms of shedding. The now red, black, and white wolf that was almost as tall as a horse, took off down one of the dirt paths.
Now this is what it feels like to be free. Rox thought while taking off at a faster pace. Her large mouth was open exposing the row of sharp white canines and a tongue that was semi hanging out. She quickly closed her mouth and took up a faster pace, the trees seemed to fly right by her as she let her legs stretch out. After awhile she found a nice little pond and changed back into her human self. She sat on a rock, once she was fully dressed, and turned her iPod on while putting only headphone in.
She reopened her bag and grabbed a water bottle and a sandwich that she had packed and began to eat. Not to long after she had finished eating, did she hear footsteps. Looking towards where the sound was coming from, she was tensed, ready to flee or fight if the need arose.
{ooc- I forgot to ask wether or not Lu has changed yet?}

She was rather fond of the forest, loving the tranquillity it had and the promise of adventure. She had no idea why she loved the thought of an adventure, perhaps it had slowly crept up on her, or was just a personality trait she had going. However walking around seemed like a good way to both waste time and make time. She sighed kicking up a little dirt, the joy of walking alone was the lack of conversation. Oddly enough she missed it now, the silence wasn’t terrifying nor was it comfortable. It was a strange middle of the road type. One that had her wondering what she could do with out turning and talking to the trees. She had done it many times before but never with such seriousness. More of a joking hello how are you mr Tree kind of way. Sometimes it worried her when she thought of the replies a tree might say but as of yet, none of them had replied to her questions.
And she hoped they never did or it wouldn’t be Fork’s hospital she would be visiting. More like the local loony bin and a straight jacket. Her fingers picked at the thread on her top, practically making it worse. Great something everyone told her not to do and what was it she did. The opposite. Typical she thought to herself. She pulled a chocolate bar from her back pack, munching on it for a while as her feet seemed to take her in a general direction of she didn’t quite know where. It hardly bothered her really given that she had a tendency to get lost anyway, though she always made it back before dark.. Most nights.
Lu strayed from the tracks finding herself walking though the trees with a direction of nowhere. She fought her way past a couple of low lying branches cursing as they snapped back at her with unseen force. Moving her way through she found her eyes adjusting to more light. The trees had broken to reveal a pond and another girl. “Hey” She said smiling, “Mind some company?” She queried knowing that sometimes people did want company and sometimes they didn’t. She was hopeful for the first but then again it all depended on the girl.
((OOC- Hmm well she could have already? Or it could be she hasn’t yet or it was only a couple of days before she did? Might make for an interesting plot of some kind?))

Roxy looked at the girl could tell that sooner or later, if she hadn't already she was going to change soon. Not most people could notice it on others, but since she had set off on her own, she had been able to notice it more. She thought it had a lot to do with alpha blood running through her and trying to find others to join her 'pack'. Noticing that she still had not answered the girls question, she shook her head 'yes' while saying , "Sure. It's no problem."
Rox then held out her hand. "The names Roxy, or Rox. Who might you be?" She asked the curious side, once again getting the advantage. While she waited for the girl to answer she looked at her concentrating on what type of color wolf she could be. She also looked to see if she might be fast, or a good fighter. Hey, you never knew when the need would arise. Remembering that her headphones were still in her ears, she took them out and turned off her music. Hastily tossing the iPod into her partially open backpack.
{OOC~ The way I posted it made you able to go either way. I think I partially like the third of your ideas. The one that says it was only a couple of days before she did.}

Lucinda smiled, she was glad the Roxy didn’t mind the company. After all she was feeling a little out of sorts herself. Her sudden interest in the outside and being in the forest was usual for sure but it was more so of late. “Nice to meet you Roxy, im Lucinda… or just Lu” She said smiling as she shook her hand. Lucinda was not sure what to make of Roxy she seemed to be concentrating though on what she didn’t know. Her own mind wondered back to what she was doing before. “I didn’t know this place existed” She said motioning to the pond, it was an extremely beautiful place to be, though Lucinda hardly had time to get around all of the forest and so short exploration had to do instead.
“Do you live in La Push too?” She asked wondering where Roxy was from, after all the people of Forks seemed to be around there a lot. It was a nice place to be so who could really blame them.
((sorry my post is rubbish, And yeah sure lets go with the third bit of it))

Roxy decided that Lu was going to be a good addition to the pack, when and if she changed or course. "Back at you. Yeah. I only just recently came across i a couple days ago. It is a beautiful place though." Her stomach growled silently as a deer started lapping up water from the other side of the pond. She couldn't help it, being a wolf she was constantly hungry. Though the only time she had caught a wild animal was when she had gotten lost in the woods.
The deer looked up at Lu and Roxy curiously, until Lu spoke, then it ran. Roxy gave a slight laugh. "I came to live in La Push only a couple months ago. But, I basically grew up in the forests. Since I lived in Makah, and the two forests intertwine with each other, I would always end up in La Push somehow." Roxy finally looked back at Lu.
"So, what about you? How long have you lived in La Push?" She asked, suddenly becoming interested in Lu's history a tiny bit.
