Arriving early at school Edward didn’t feel like staying with the rest of the family. He had left early deciding to get a jump on the day. With Renesmee who knew where and then knowing what he knew, Forks School was not the place he wanted to be. He would have given anything to go and have another round with Jacob, he had always sworn to himself that anything anyone did to hurt Bella or Renesmee he would do to them, twice as bad. Though getting Jacob pregnant that wasn’t something he wanted to do, physically impossible but still he could knock the wolf into next week. Same effect and outcome, though he then could see Bella and Renesmee being disappointed, the two people who he never wanted to disappoint as long as he lived.
His dark jeans, and grey jacket seemed to be ok for the moment. It was a dull day, typical for Forks and a dull day meant a dull day at school. Nothing seemed to be the same to him anymore, with Renesmee gone and doing who knew what. He spent most of his time worrying about her to the point of driving himself insane. Sighing he leant back against his car glancing around at the building. Nothing ever changed over the years, a few new coats of paint maybe even an added classroom but nothing of major importance. Forks had not meant much to him the first time there, yet this time he had a wife the most wonderful woman he could have ever hoped for and a missing daughter. Not the best thing but something he was having to deal with.
Leaning against his car the voice had already started to annoy him. The silly trivial things that held no importance to him things that were of no consequence. Most of all he hated the fact that there wasn’t anything he could do to make them stop. Hearing about one boys choice of hotdog or burger for dinner wasn’t what he wanted to hear, or the fact that the girl standing by the blue ford was about to tell her best friend that she liked her boyfriend. All things that were meant to stay in peoples heads that Edward through no fault could hear like a low constant buzzing every day. Trying to drown them out he took a breath and awaited anyone who could take his mind from Jacobs impending doom, or the really boring day of school ahead.
