What Is Their Final Countdown?- Their Final Countdown is a roleplaying site dedicated to the Twilight Series by Stephanie Meyer. This site does in fact have a Plot
What is Roleplaying? -Roleplaying is almost like acting using words and sentences to describe a character's mood, feelings, and actions. I suppose you could call it acting behind a computer screen.
How long do my posts have to be? -Lets just face it, no one likes it when they post a 534 worded post and the other posts a 100 worded post. The requirement for posting is 200 words. I can understand if your having an off day and you post a little short, however, posts under 100 are unexceptionable. You may figure I won't notice, but trust me, ADMINS SEE ALL!
What Happens if I post under the requirement? -First time it most likely will be let go. Second time will result in a private message and some advice from either me or another member, seeing as though your struggling. If I see you're trying hard I will allow some time for you to gain skills. Believe me, I went from 80 word posts to 500 posts in a few months, it is possible. You just need practice. If still you are not meeting the standards and are not trying for improvement, if you play a cannon character you will be deprived of that character until you can meet the standards. I like to think of this as an multi- level roleplay, meaning for all different levels but if you cannot meet the standards you will be asked to leave and build up your skills, meanwhile your charrie will be put back up onto the cannon list as available.
How does this work? -After joining the site and making an account, first, check out the Cannon Lists. If you do not feel you can take on or you do not want to take on one of these characters make an original character instead, which would be a character all your own. Then if you find a charrie you want to be, construct an application for it and wait for it to be looked over by any of the staff. At this moment the staff members consist of one Admin, me, and two Co-admins, Kira and Jordyn. (Kira as Jacob Black and Jordyn as Cloe Matthews). If the app is accepted then you may start posting as that character! If it is declined or put on hold, then either make another app, fix the errors, or try for another charrie.
What do some of these words mean? As you may see, there are certain words in the C-box that may confuse some people. Some of these words are:
Repped/rep=posted/ post/replied to the thread
App= Application
How does this C-box work/What is it? - The C-box is a place for members to chat and communicate and for guests to talk and ask questions. Curses are fine as long as they are not offensive to other members, this roleplay is for 13+ which means you should be mature enough to tolerate curses. To talk in the c-box, type a name you would like to be called or your charrie name into the spot where it says "name". Next, press profile at the bottom right hand corner of the box in the black part. Then type your message and press enter!
