1) Click on your inbox
2) Look at the top right of your inbox, there you will see a series of buttons,
[New Message Delete All Messages Mark All Messages Read Outbox Backup Messages Preferences]
On top of the subject, status, date, etc.
3) Click PREFERENCES, the last button in the row
4) Go down to the bottom where it says
Would you like an alert box to notify you when a new Personal Message has arrived?
Click the little scroll box down to "yes", this button will be the last one on that page
**This will make it so every time you have a new PM a box will come up and when you click ok it will bring you to your inbox every time, I love it!**
